Music
Ever notice how music can be therapeutic? My family loves music. The kids and I listen to a bunch of different genres and they typically like what I pick out.Lately we’ve been enjoying cranking up some TobyMac and opening the sunroof, rolling down the windows. My husband and I have a bit of a different taste in music, even though some of his lighter metal has grown on me. (I’m completely out on screaming) He notices first the rhythm and instruments of the music. I listen to the words. Here is a list of songs I like to listen to when i feel discouraged or down. In no particular order.

Hey…have I seen you around on Xanga before? I just saw you comment that you are in DFW. I am, too.
@NightCometh - I’ve seen you around and been to your site in the past couple weeks i think. I just recently came back to xanga, took a little break. Good to be back! That’s cool that your in the area too! Did the storms miss you too?
@helmschick - Yeah, I’m in North Fort Worth and they were South and East of here. So sad for everyone in Arlington, though!
Glad you are okay. Yes very sad and for Forney and Lancaster. I was in the Tornado in 1994 that hit DeSoto and then went on to hit Lancaster really hard and its historical downtown.
Check out Audrey Assad.
